Customer satisfaction is a basic pillar on which the International Association of Beauty Centers is keen to build its services and principles. From this standpoint, we seek, through the “Customer Satisfaction Certificate” that complies with the standard (ISO 10002: 2018) issued by the association, to honor and appreciate beauty centers that adopt best practices and adhere to high quality standards, and strive to find an ideal and appropriate environment for their customers through the best application practices according to customer satisfaction indicators.
In the International Association of Beauty Centers, we appreciate the efforts made by beauty centers to achieve these important standards, and we look forward to sharing more joint successes in the field of human health and beauty.
