IABC First forum Highlights & Outcomes

‏The International Association of Cosmetic Centers (IABC) held its first meeting, which brought together individual members and member centers working in cosmetic specialties.
The meeting was held at 6 pm on Saturday, September 9, 2023, online via Google Meet application.
The forum addressed several topics, including getting to know the member beauty specialists, their participation and proposals to develop the association’s work for the coming period, and their initiatives to take actual steps that serve all members of the association.
● Iconic Glam Center, represented by Dr. Sana Sorour from Lebanon, kindly talked about the basic raw materials in beauty centers, such as collagen and hyaluronic acid, in addition to the benefits of added oils, such as jojoba oil.
● Mrs. Amal Munzer, a skin care specialist from Lebanon, introduced the nature of her work and her cosmetic specialty in skin care methods and techniques. She added: “I wish IABC success and I hope that there will be more of these meetings in Lebanon so that we can create an organized network for joint work and exchange.” Ideas.”
● MBTC Academy, represented by Dr. Saba Ali Al-Shawaheen, based in Jordan, kindly provided an intervention on skin care methods using hydrafacial, mesotherapy, and dermapen techniques, methods of applying them to the skin, and their side effects.
● Dr. Sufyan Al-Tajouri from Libya kindly spoke about the benefits of Radio Frequency for the face, how this technique works to tighten the skin, and what are its harms. He added: “The first meeting of the Cosmetic Society was excellent. We thank you for this meeting.”
